Delivery Areas & Timeframe

• We deliver within 24 hours of order confirmation.
• Delivery area: Netanya and surrounding areas — contact us on WhatsApp to confirm coverage for your address.
• Minimum order: ₪300

Delivery Method

Orders are delivered by Club Market’s own delivery team or courier partners, directly to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order, especially for orders containing fresh or perishable items. We do not currently offer in-store or self-collection pickup — all orders are delivered.

Delivery Costs

• Delivery fee: we currently deliver to a single service region (Netanya and surrounding areas), with one flat fee of ₪20 per order applied uniformly across that region — there is no extra charge based on distance within it.
• Free delivery on all orders over ₪500.
• If your address is outside our standard delivery area, contact us on WhatsApp before ordering — delivery may still be possible, potentially with an additional fee agreed in advance.

Delays & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We aim to meet the delivery timeframe above for every order, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including traffic, weather, public holidays, or other force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any significant delay. This includes delays caused by our courier partners or other third parties involved in delivering your order. To the extent permitted by law, Club Market is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by a delivery delay outside our control.
